I started my blog as a personal one thinking about it more as a hobby rather than a business but with years passing by I realized this is my part-time job. Their customer service is amazing: prompt, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

The details they needed from me to start making the business cards were:

• Full postal address;
• My artwork (if I was supplying it: 85mm x 55mm, CMYK, 2mm bleed on each edge);
• Artwork instructions (if they were designing for me, with the option to send them logos or anything else);
• My choice of core colour (from here)

I didn’t have an artwork prepared, only a logo and chose Intensive Red as core colour. I let them know that I would like to have a surprise so they can design my business cards. They answered to me very prompt and sent an artwork they did for me so I can approve/amend it (change the design, check the spelling etc). Of course I approved it, it was exactly what I needed, they created the perfect design to describe my blog.

My business cards were sent via DPD and the guys from Aura Print provided the tracking details so I was able to see an estimated time of delivery.
