Hi guys! I know I wasn’t active for a long period here on the blog and I’m not proud of it! I had so many moments when I really felt the need to write but I don’t know why I couldn’t; something was keeping me, spending the spare time watching tv series, cooking, spending time with my boyfriend, etc. I decided that this year I will make it the best in terms of blogging. I’ve got news for you, peeps! I moved from York to Leeds, I got a Physiotherapy Assistant job which I love it and at the moment I’m waiting for my Physiotherapist registration. In terms of personal and professional sides I’m proud of myself, the only thing that needs improvement is my Blogging devotion. Anyways, I’m thankful for the fact that my blog still receives comments, likes, review requests and you people didn’t forget me! Good to know, this will keep me motivated.
For the first article this year I will tell you about the Aloe Vera Gel from InstaNatural. InstaNatural started as a small local business in Orlando, Florida USA with the vision to provide safe and effective skin care products and at present InstaNatural is a leading online distributor of a collection of nature-inspired beauty and cosmetic products. Their products can be ordered from their website or from Amazon UK.
I had the chance to try out the Aloe Vera Gel – cooling moisturizer 480 ml and I truly recommend it to you all.

Directions of use: Dispense 1-3 pumps of Aloe Vera Gel onto palms and rub them together. Gently massage into skin, face and/or body as needed. Use more as needed. Re-apply on daily basis or as needed.

How I use it:
→ I think you are already aware of the fact that I adore my hair and I always look for products to keep it healthy and shiny. The Aloe Vera Gel it’s perfect for my hair. I use it at every hair wash, after I used the shampoo and rinsed it thoroughly, I dispense 3-4 pumps(sometimes 4-5 pumps; the gel is a bit runny as you can notice in the photo below↓) and gently massage my hair. I leave it in for about 5 minutes and then I rinse it out. After doing this, my hair smells fresh, feels smooth and healthier, especially the ends of the hair which are always the most affected.
→ For calming the skin after a shave. I always had a problem with irritated skin when shaving my legs and had to use creams for soothing them but I really enjoy the actions of the Aloe Vera Gel on my skin, making it feel cooling and calm.
